蔬菜水果攝入量對我國成人高血壓發(fā)病率影響的隊列研究

【摘要】:目的旨在我國華北地區(qū)成人中探討膳食結(jié)構(gòu)中蔬菜水果攝入量和高血壓發(fā)病率的關(guān)系。方法采用前瞻性隊列研究設(shè)計,于2012年4至6月在河北省唐山市開灤社區(qū)和北京市京煤社區(qū)抽取10 635人(男5 864人)作為觀察隊列,平均隨訪47.2個月后,比較蔬果攝入量不同的人群的高血壓發(fā)病率的差異,并采用Cox回歸分析蔬菜和水果攝入量對成人高血壓發(fā)病率的影響。結(jié)果共有10 104人完成隨訪(95.0%)。隨訪期間,共有新發(fā)高血壓患者576人,按蔬果攝入量分為小于或等于2.0份/天,2.0~4.1份/天,4.1~5.0份/天,≥5.0份/天的各組,高血壓新發(fā)病率分比為6.2%、6.0%、5.1%、4.6%,比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與蔬菜和(或)水果攝入量最少的人群相比,增加蔬菜水果攝入量能顯著降低該地區(qū)人群的高血壓發(fā)病率,單純增加蔬菜、水果,以及增加蔬菜水果總攝入量對降低高血壓風(fēng)險所能達(dá)到的最大危險比(HR)及95%CI分別為0.62(0.46~0.83),0.87(0.78~0.97)和0.69(0.54~0.80)(P0.05)。結(jié)論在我國華北地區(qū)成人增加蔬菜水果的攝入量能顯著降低高血壓的發(fā)病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between the intake of fruits and vegetables and the incidence of hypertension in adults in North China.Methods A prospective cohort study was used to select 10 635 men (5 864 men) from April to June 2012 in Kailuan community and Jingmei community of Tangshan City, Hebei Province.
