頸動脈冷鹽水灌注對低溫性心臟驟停復(fù)蘇犬模型的神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用

【摘要】:目的評價頸動脈冷鹽水灌注(ICSI)對嚴(yán)重低體溫所致心臟驟停犬心肺復(fù)蘇后腦組織功能的保護(hù)作用。方法對10只低體溫致心臟驟停比格犬進(jìn)行心肺復(fù)蘇,待自主循環(huán)恢復(fù)(ROSC)后隨機分為對照組和實驗組,每組5只。對照組接受常規(guī)溫水浴復(fù)溫,實驗組在溫水浴復(fù)溫基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行ICSI,使腦部溫度低于36℃并維持6h。ROSC 24h后記錄兩組神經(jīng)功能受損評分(NDS)、血清腦組織損傷生物標(biāo)志物s100β蛋白水平、腦組織含水量和組織病理學(xué)變化。結(jié)果實驗組血清s100β蛋白水平(119.83±42.93pg/ml vs.329.82±190.39pg/ml,P0.05)和腦組織含水量(79.43%±0.72%vs.80.79%±1.06%,P0.05)明顯低于對照組。對照組腦海馬組織錐體細(xì)胞損傷更重。兩組間NDS評分差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 ICSI可減少低體溫所致心臟驟停犬s100β的產(chǎn)生,減輕腦組織病理損傷。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the protective effect of cold saline infusion of carotid artery (ICSII) on brain function after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in dogs with severe hypothermia.Methods Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was performed in 10 hypothermia induced cardiac arrest Beagle dogs.
