【摘要】：目的:探討原發(fā)性高血壓患者靜息心率(RHR)與迷走神經(jīng)張力的關(guān)系。方法:404例原發(fā)性高血壓患者根據(jù)GE MAC-800心電圖機測定的靜息心率分為三組。原發(fā)性高血壓患者臨床資料比較,分別計算迷走神經(jīng)張力各項指標(biāo),比較各組間上述指標(biāo)差異,并分析各指標(biāo)與靜息心率變化的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:隨著靜息心率升高,患者血壓水平升高且組間差異顯著(P0.05)。靜息心率升高顯示HF和DC水平均有降低,組間變化明顯(P0.05)。除DR4與靜息心率呈正相關(guān)(r=0.022,P=0.656),HF、DC、DR2及DR8均與靜息心率呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.428,P=0.000;r=-0.216,P=0.000;r=-0.226,P=0.000;r=-0.040,P=0.422)�；貧w分析顯示,HF、DC、DR4及DR8是靜息心率變化的影響因素(P0.05)。ROC曲線分析顯示,HF、DC對高血壓病具有較好的診斷意義,ROC曲線面積均大于0.8。結(jié)論:原發(fā)性高血壓患者體內(nèi)迷走神經(jīng)張力變化引起靜息心率升高,其中DRs的三個具有預(yù)警病死率能力的參數(shù)與靜息心率升高有密切聯(lián)系,靜息心率升高可能作為解釋原發(fā)性高血壓患者的病死率的原因之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between resting heart rate (RHR) and vagal nerve tension in patients with essential hypertension.Methods #number0# patients with essential hypertension were divided into three groups according to the resting heart rate measured by GE MAC-800 electrocardiograph.The clinical data of patients with essential hypertension were compared, the indexes of vagal tension were calculated, the differences of the above indexes were compared, and the relationship between the indexes and resting heart rate was analyzed.Results: with the increase of resting heart rate, the level of blood pressure increased and the difference between groups was significant (P 0.05).The increase of resting heart rate showed that both HF and DC levels were decreased, and the changes were significant (P 0.05).In addition, there was a positive correlation between DR4 and resting heart rate. There was a negative correlation between DR8 and resting heart rate. There was a negative correlation between DR8 and resting heart rate.The regression analysis showed that DCDR4 and DR8 were the influencing factors of resting heart rate change. The analysis of P0.05? ROC curve showed that HFC DC had a good diagnostic significance for hypertension and the area of ROC curve was more than 0.8.Conclusion: the changes of vagus nerve tension in patients with essential hypertension cause the increase of resting heart rate. The three parameters of early warning mortality of DRs are closely related to the increase of resting heart rate.Increased resting heart rate may be one of the reasons for the mortality of patients with essential hypertension.
