【摘要】：目的:采用256層螺旋計算機斷層攝影術(shù)(CT)定量測量心周脂肪體積,評價心周脂肪體積及體重指數(shù)與青年人重度冠狀動脈狹窄的關(guān)系。方法:選取我院行CT冠狀動脈造影(CTA)檢查的45歲以下冠狀動脈主支存在重度狹窄患者75例為病變組,75例冠狀動脈正常者為對照組。分別記錄兩組患者的身高、體重,計算出體重指數(shù),并將影像數(shù)據(jù)傳至工作站,通過后處理軟件測量心外膜脂肪體積、心包膜外脂肪體積及心周脂肪體積,并對心外膜脂肪體積、心包膜外脂肪體積及心周脂肪體積,三者間分別進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果:病變組的體重指數(shù)(28.169±2.203)kg/m~2和心周脂肪體積(178.676±55.313)ml明顯高于對照組[(24.960±3.041)kg/m2、(99.061±32.316)ml],差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。將病變組及對照組患者分別按照性別進(jìn)一步分組后無論男性還是女性病變組的心周脂肪體積明顯大于對照組(P0.01)。心外膜脂肪體積與心包膜外脂肪體積、心外膜脂肪體積與心周脂肪體積、心包膜外脂肪體積與心周脂肪體積間均存在明顯相關(guān)性(分別為r=0.837,P0.001;r=0.971,P0.001;r=0.944,P0.001)。結(jié)論:青年人心周脂肪體積及體重指數(shù)與重度冠狀動脈狹窄顯著相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the relationship between peri-cardiac fat volume and body mass index (BMI) in young patients with severe coronary artery stenosis.Methods: 75 patients under 45 years old with severe coronary artery stenosis were selected as control group.The height and weight of the two groups were recorded, the body mass index was calculated, and the image data were transferred to the workstation. The epicardial fat volume, pericardial fat volume and pericardial fat volume were measured by post-processing software.The correlation among epicardial fat volume, pericardial fat volume and pericardial fat volume was analyzed.Results: the BMI (28.169 鹵2.203)kg/m~2) and pericardiac fat volume (178.676 鹵55.313)ml) in the lesion group were significantly higher than those in the control group [24.960 鹵3.041kg 路m ~ (2) 路kg ~ (-2) 路min ~ (-2) 32.316)ml] (P < 0.05).The peri-cardiac fat volume in the male and female groups was significantly larger than that in the control group (P 0.01) after the patients were further divided into two groups according to their sex.There were significant correlations between epicardial fat volume and pericardial fat volume, epicardial fat volume and pericardial fat volume, pericardial fat volume and pericardial fat volume (r = 0.837, P 0.001, P 0.001, P 0.001, P 0.001, P 0.001), and pericardial fat volume, pericardial fat volume and pericardial fat volume, respectively.Conclusion: pericardial fat volume and body mass index are significantly associated with severe coronary artery stenosis in young people.
