【摘要】：血管瘤和脈管畸形是一組常見(jiàn)小兒脈管性疾病,新生兒發(fā)病率2-10%,多發(fā)生在頭頸部。根據(jù)生物學(xué)分類,將具有血管內(nèi)皮增殖和消退行為的歸為血管瘤,而不具增殖和消退傾向的病變歸為脈管畸形,脈管畸形又包括毛細(xì)血管畸形、靜脈畸形、淋巴管畸形、動(dòng)靜脈畸形。病灶可迅速生長(zhǎng)破壞周?chē)M織,導(dǎo)致出血、感染、影響容貌,嚴(yán)重者可危及生命,所以其治療是一個(gè)不可忽視的社會(huì)和臨床問(wèn)題。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)我們對(duì)血管瘤、脈管畸形分類缺乏科學(xué)統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),治療效果的差異也很懸殊。本文結(jié)合最新的國(guó)際脈管性疾病研究協(xié)會(huì)分類,就臨床常見(jiàn)的血管瘤和脈管畸形的的臨床特點(diǎn)及治療進(jìn)行敘述,旨在為不同類型的脈管疾病提供相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化治療方案。
[Abstract]:Hemangioma and vascular malformation are a group of common pediatric vascular diseases, the incidence of neonatal disease 2-10, mostly in the head and neck.According to biological classification, vascular malformation is classified as vascular malformation, vascular malformation includes capillary malformation, venous malformation, lymphatic malformation, and vascular malformation is classified as hemangioma with proliferation and regression behavior of vascular endothelium, but without tendency of proliferation and regression, vascular malformation includes capillary malformation, venous malformation, lymphatic malformation, and vascular malformation.Arteriovenous malformation.The lesion can rapidly grow and destroy the surrounding tissues, resulting in bleeding, infection, facial appearance, serious can endanger life, so its treatment is a social and clinical problem that can not be ignored.For a long time, the classification of hemangioma and vascular malformation is lack of scientific standard and the therapeutic effect is very different.Based on the latest classification of the International Association for the study of Vascular Diseases, the clinical characteristics and treatment of common vascular malformations and hemangiomas are described in this paper, in order to provide appropriate optimal treatment for different types of vascular diseases.
