心臟介入術(shù)虛擬訓(xùn)練研究

【摘要】:隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展和老齡化社會(huì)進(jìn)程的加快,冠心病已然成為嚴(yán)重危及人類生命的疾病之一。當(dāng)前,由于介入治療手術(shù)具有微創(chuàng)、操作簡單、見效快等特點(diǎn)已被普遍的應(yīng)用于冠心病的治療,并且成為最及時(shí)、有效的方法之一。但是,介入治療手術(shù)對操作精度的要求和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度都很高,這就要求醫(yī)生必須具備豐富的手術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技巧。傳統(tǒng)的介入手術(shù)培訓(xùn)方法存在著訓(xùn)練周期長、資源稀缺、訓(xùn)練效果差等諸多局限和不足,虛擬手術(shù)的出現(xiàn)為解決以上問題開辟了一條新的道路。本課題基于臨床心臟介入手術(shù)和虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)原理,提出了一種應(yīng)用于心臟介入手術(shù)的虛擬訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)。本論文以虛擬場景的構(gòu)建以及相關(guān)功能模塊的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)為研究重點(diǎn),成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了血管建模、介入導(dǎo)絲建模等一些重要環(huán)節(jié),為心臟介入術(shù)虛擬訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)的最終實(shí)現(xiàn)奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。本文首先根據(jù)冠脈血管的形狀、外觀特點(diǎn)以及參數(shù)信息,構(gòu)建了右冠脈血管三維模型,并通過3D打印技術(shù)制作出血管的實(shí)體模型。接著以Visual C+++為開發(fā)工具,選用Open CASCADE作為造型內(nèi)核,創(chuàng)建了 Open CASCADE單文檔應(yīng)用程序框架,并且基于MFC框架完成了程序框架界面的總體設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了虛擬場景的構(gòu)建;隨后,在分析了 STL文件的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過調(diào)用Open CASCADE提供的類,實(shí)現(xiàn)了文件導(dǎo)入模塊的開發(fā);通過編輯參數(shù)設(shè)置對話框并調(diào)用Open CASCASE提供的類,完成了虛擬場景中模型的位姿變換模塊的開發(fā)。針對介入導(dǎo)絲,將其離散成許多節(jié)點(diǎn)并分為直線和彎曲兩個(gè)部分,通過調(diào)用Open CASCADE提供的建模類,構(gòu)建出導(dǎo)絲模型,并使導(dǎo)絲模型在虛擬場景中顯示。最后,通過VC++編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了各個(gè)部分的集成。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and the acceleration of the aging society, coronary heart disease has become one of the serious life-threatening diseases.At present, interventional therapy has been widely used in the treatment of coronary heart disease because of its characteristics of minimally invasive, simple operation, quick effect and so on, and has become one of the most timely and effective methods.However, the operation precision and risk of interventional therapy are very high, which requires doctors to have rich experience and skills.The traditional training methods of interventional surgery have many limitations such as long training cycle, scarce resources and poor training effect. The emergence of virtual surgery has opened a new way to solve the above problems.Based on the principles of clinical interventional cardiac surgery and virtual reality, a virtual training system for cardiac interventional surgery is proposed.This paper focuses on the construction of virtual scene and the development and design of related functional modules, and successfully realizes some important links, such as vascular modeling, interventional wire modeling, and so on.It lays a good foundation for the final realization of the virtual training system of cardiac interventional surgery.In this paper, according to the shape, appearance and parameter information of coronary artery, the 3D model of right coronary artery is constructed, and the solid model of vessel is made by 3D printing technology.Then, with Visual C as the development tool and Open CASCADE as the modeling kernel, the Open CASCADE single document application framework is created, and the overall design of the program framework interface is completed based on the MFC framework, which realizes the construction of the virtual scene.On the basis of analyzing the data structure of STL file, the development of file import module is realized by calling the class provided by Open CASCADE, and the class provided by Open CASCASE is called by editing the parameter setting dialog box and calling the class provided by Open CASCASE.The development of the model's position and pose transformation module in the virtual scene is completed.The interventional guide wire is discretized into many nodes and divided into straight line and curved part. By calling the modeling class provided by Open CASCADE, the guide wire model is constructed, and the guide wire model is displayed in the virtual scene.Finally, the integration of each part is realized by VC programming.
