模擬熱浪期間突然強降溫天氣對高血壓大鼠心血管系統(tǒng)影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:通過模擬熱浪期間突然強降溫天氣對高血壓大鼠影響的實驗研究,探討熱浪期間突然強降溫對高血壓大鼠心血管疾病的影響機理。應(yīng)用TME1880氣象環(huán)境模擬箱模擬了南京2006年6月19日5時至22日11時高溫?zé)崂似陂g突然強降溫天氣過程,將24只高血壓大鼠隨機分為實驗組(包括熱浪組、降溫組和復(fù)溫組)和對照組,每組各6只大鼠。把實驗組放入模擬箱內(nèi),使其受熱浪期間突然強降溫天氣過程影響,分別在模擬熱浪期間突然強降溫天氣過程55、59和75 h時,先后取出熱浪組、降溫組和復(fù)溫組監(jiān)測基本生理指標(biāo);并采用斷頭采血和摘取心尖,測量各組高血壓大鼠的熱應(yīng)激因子(HSP60、SOD、s ICSM-1、HIF-1α)、冷應(yīng)激因子(NE、EPI、ANGⅡ)、血管收縮因子(ET-1、NO)以及心血管的危險因素(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C和Tn-T)生化指標(biāo)的含量。結(jié)果表明受高溫?zé)崂说挠绊?高血壓大鼠的熱應(yīng)激因子除SOD含量明顯下降以外其他熱應(yīng)激因子含量均明顯增加,冷應(yīng)激因子均明顯下降,血管收縮因子ET-1下降而NO上升,心腦血管危險因素除TG上升以外其余因子均有不同程度的下降。熱浪期間突然強降溫可導(dǎo)致高血壓大鼠熱應(yīng)激因子除SOD上升以外其余均下降,冷應(yīng)激因子全部上升,血管收縮因子ET-1上升而NO下降,心血管危險因素均上升。通過分析可知,熱浪可使得高血壓大鼠動脈粥樣硬化加劇,熱浪期間突然強降溫使得NE和ANGⅡ含量明顯增加,加劇血壓升高。受降溫的影響Tn-T明顯增多,說明突然的強降溫冷刺激導(dǎo)致的血管收縮導(dǎo)致了心肌缺血,加上血脂四項的升高使得高血壓大鼠心血管疾病進一步加重。初步探討了熱浪期間突然強降溫天氣對高血壓大鼠心血管疾病的影響。
[Abstract]:By simulating the effect of sudden and intense cooling weather during heat wave on hypertensive rats, the mechanism of the effect of sudden strong cooling during heat wave on cardiovascular disease in hypertensive rats was investigated.The TME1880 meteorological environment simulation box was used to simulate the sudden strong cooling weather process in Nanjing during the high temperature heat wave from 5: 00 to 11:00 on June 19, 2006. Twenty-four hypertensive rats were randomly divided into experimental group (including heat wave group).Cooling group and rewarming group) and control group, 6 rats in each group.The experimental group was put into the simulation box and affected by the sudden strong cooling weather process during the heat wave.
