【摘要】：目的評估長期靜脈鐵劑治療對左室射血分數(shù)保留性心力衰竭(HFp EF)伴鐵缺乏患者的意義。方法選取61例射血分數(shù)保留性心力衰竭伴鐵缺乏的患者,隨機分為靜脈鐵劑(FCM)治療組(n=31)和安慰劑對照組(n=29)進行為期24周的隨機、雙盲、對照試驗,首要觀察終點為24周時6MWT的顯著變化,次要觀察終點為NYHA心功能分級及健康相關生命質量評分(HRQo L)的變化,同時檢測NT-proBNP變化情況。結果鐵劑治療組與對照組相比,兩組患者16周和24周的6MWT、RQo L差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,鐵劑治療組6MWT更長,HRQo L更高(P0.05)。16周NT-proBNP水平、NYHA心功能分級在兩組間的差異不明顯(P0.05),但24周兩組間差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論對HFp EF患者進行補鐵治療,有利于改善患者癥狀、運動能力和生活質量。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical significance of long term intravenous iron therapy in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) with HFP EF1 and iron deficiency.Significant changes of 6MWT were observed at the first end point of 24 weeks, and the changes of cardiac function grade of NYHA and health-related quality of life score (HQO L) were observed in the second place. The changes of NT-proBNP were also detected at the same time.Results compared with the control group, there were significant differences in 6MWT-RQO L between the two groups at the 16th week and the 24th week.In the iron treatment group, 6MWT was longer and HRQO L was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). 16 weeks after treatment, there was no significant difference in NT-proBNP cardiac function between the two groups, but there was significant difference between the two groups at 24 weeks.Conclusion the treatment of iron supplementation in patients with HFp EF is beneficial to the improvement of symptoms, motor ability and quality of life.
