天津市居民添加糖、食鹽攝入量與血壓值關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:目的分析了解天津市居民添加糖和食鹽攝入情況,探討其與高血壓之間的關(guān)系,為高血壓一級(jí)預(yù)防提供更可靠的依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)2010-2012年中國(guó)居民營(yíng)養(yǎng)與健康狀況監(jiān)測(cè)天津地區(qū)數(shù)據(jù),采用連續(xù)3 d 24 h膳食回顧法、調(diào)味品稱重法和食物頻率法獲得居民添加糖和食鹽攝入量,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量血壓獲得血壓值。結(jié)果天津居民每標(biāo)準(zhǔn)人日添加糖和食鹽平均攝入量分別為24.10 g和14.68 g。高血壓人群收縮壓和舒張壓在不同添加糖攝入量下差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均有P0.05),天津市居民血壓值在不同食鹽攝入量下差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均有P0.05)。結(jié)論天津市居民添加糖總體攝入水平雖尚在膳食推薦范圍內(nèi),但高血壓人群添加糖攝入量尚需注意,食鹽總體攝入水平偏高,血壓值隨食鹽攝入量增加而升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between sugar and salt intake and hypertension in Tianjin residents. Methods based on the data of Chinese residents' nutrition and health status monitoring in Tianjin from 2010 to 2012, the diet review for 3 days and 24 hours was used. Intake of added sugar and salt was obtained by flavoring method and food frequency method. Results the average daily intake of sugar and salt in Tianjin residents were 24.10 g and 14.68 g respectively. There were significant differences in blood pressure among residents of Tianjin under different salt intake (P 0.05). Conclusion the total intake of added sugar in Tianjin is still within the recommended range of diet. However, attention should be paid to the intake of sugar in hypertensive population. The total intake of salt was higher, and the blood pressure increased with the increase of salt intake.
