【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者,男,95歲。因"頭昏不適5年余,加重3 d"于2015年2月10日入院。既往史:前列腺增生、腰椎間盤(pán)突出、骨質(zhì)疏松癥,癡呆,抑郁狀態(tài)。否認(rèn)冠心病、糖尿病、傳染病及血液系統(tǒng)疾病史,否認(rèn)藥物過(guò)敏史。無(wú)規(guī)律口服硝苯地平緩釋片控制血壓。查體:患者自訴頭昏不適,伴有頭暈。體溫(T)36.3℃,脈搏(P)66次/min,心律齊,血壓(BP)132/56mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。各瓣膜區(qū)未聞及病理性雜
