【摘要】：正遺傳性紅細(xì)胞膜缺陷相關(guān)溶血性貧血主要是由于編碼紅細(xì)胞膜蛋白及骨架蛋白的基因發(fā)生突變引起的遺傳性疾病,相關(guān)基因突變可導(dǎo)致紅細(xì)胞膜變形性及滲透脆性降低,紅細(xì)胞半衰期縮短。近年來(lái),隨著分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,國(guó)外不少研究證實(shí)了紅細(xì)胞膜缺陷相關(guān)溶血性貧血的分子機(jī)制,本文就紅細(xì)胞膜
[Abstract]:Positive genetic erythrocyte membrane defection-associated hemolytic anemia is a genetic disease caused by mutations in the genes encoding erythrocyte membrane proteins and skeleton proteins, which may lead to the reduction of erythrocyte membrane deformability and osmotic fragility. In recent years, with the development of molecular biology technology, many studies abroad have confirmed the molecular mechanism of erythrocyte membrane defect associated hemolytic anemia.
