【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查冠心病經(jīng)皮冠狀動脈介入術(PCI)后患者的生活質(zhì)量和焦慮抑郁情緒,以及益心舒膠囊對其的影響。方法:選取南陽市中心醫(yī)院2014年1月—2015年8月行PCI術的患者共1 367例。根據(jù)抑郁自評量表(SDS)及焦慮自評量表(SAS),共發(fā)現(xiàn)PCI術后合并焦慮患者287例,抑郁患者256例,合并焦慮及抑郁患者183例。將合并焦慮及抑郁的患者隨機分為治療組與對照組。對照組接受常規(guī)治療藥物,治療組在其基礎上應用益心舒膠囊。觀察其對患者的生活質(zhì)量和焦慮、抑郁情緒的影響以及不良反應發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:2組患者基線情況無顯著差異,治療前生活質(zhì)量及漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)評分、抑郁量表(HRSD)評分無統(tǒng)計學差異。治療1個月后,治療組生活質(zhì)量評分與對照組相比有顯著差異(P0.05),HAMA和HRSD評分均顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。治療3個月后,治療組生活質(zhì)量、HAMA和HRSD評分與對照組相比有顯著差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論:PCI術后,焦慮、抑郁的發(fā)生率較高,聯(lián)合應用益心舒膠囊可顯著改善患者的焦慮、抑郁情緒,提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the quality of life and anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: a total of 1 367 patients underwent PCI from January 2014 to August 2015 in Nanyang Central Hospital. According to self rating Depression scale (SDS) and self rating anxiety scale (SAS), 287 patients with anxiety after PCI operation were found. 256 patients with depression and 183 patients with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Yixinshu capsule on the basis of which the quality of life and anxiety, the influence of depression and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. There was no significant difference in quality of life (QOL), Hamilton anxiety scale (Hama) and depression scale (HRSD) before treatment. The scores of quality of life (QOL) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05) and the scores of Hama and HRSD in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the scores of Hama and HRSD in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P 0.01). The incidence of depression is high. The combination of Yixinshu capsule can significantly improve the anxiety, depression and quality of life.
