【摘要】：運(yùn)動(dòng)處方是心臟康復(fù)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。制定個(gè)性化的運(yùn)動(dòng)處方應(yīng)將基本指導(dǎo)原則與患者自身的情況相結(jié)合,貫穿心臟康復(fù)全程。Ⅰ期康復(fù)以被動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)和床邊運(yùn)動(dòng)為主,可視患者情況增加運(yùn)動(dòng)量;Ⅱ期康復(fù)經(jīng)典流程包括準(zhǔn)備活動(dòng)、訓(xùn)練階段和放松運(yùn)動(dòng)。針對(duì)每一流程,制定運(yùn)動(dòng)處方時(shí)都用包括運(yùn)動(dòng)的形式、強(qiáng)度、頻率和注意事項(xiàng)。對(duì)于特殊人群如老年人和女性,運(yùn)動(dòng)處方的策略需要適當(dāng)調(diào)整。Ⅲ期康復(fù)的關(guān)鍵是維持已形成的運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣。
[Abstract]:The exercise prescription is the key link of cardiac rehabilitation. Develop individualized exercise prescription should be the basic guiding principle of combining with the patient's own situation, through the whole stage of cardiac rehabilitation. Rehabilitation by passive movement and bed movement, increase the amount of exercise in patients with visual rehabilitation; II Classic process including preparatory activities, training phase and relax exercise. For each process, exercise prescription was used to include movement form, intensity, frequency and attention. For special groups such as the elderly and women, exercise prescription strategy should be adjusted properly. The key stage of rehabilitation is to maintain exercise habits have been formed.
