【摘要】：目的研究肺部感染致心律失常結果以及心電圖檢查在其診療中的價值,旨在及時控制感染,從而降低耐藥菌產(chǎn)生、糾正心律失常,促進患者早日康復。方法選取2013年1月-2016年8月醫(yī)院肺部感染心律失�；颊�138例,觀察病原菌分布情況、心電圖異常、心律失常類型以及感染控制前后心律失常變化情況,分析其間的關系。結果肺炎鏈球菌、肺炎克雷伯桿菌、銅綠假單胞菌、大腸埃希菌和金黃色葡萄球菌感染者,心電圖ST-T改變率均高于異常P波、Q波和QS波(P0.05);肺炎鏈球菌、銅綠假單胞菌、大腸埃希菌感染者房性期前收縮率高于其他類型,肺炎克雷伯桿菌室性期前收縮率高于其他類型,金黃色葡萄球菌室性期前收縮、房性期前收縮率高于其他類型(P0.05);肺部感染控制后心律失常發(fā)生率為60.87%,低于控制前的100.00%(P0.05);竇性心動過速、室性期前收縮、房性期前收縮、束支阻滯和房室傳導阻滯(Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型)發(fā)生率均低于控制前(P0.05)。結論肺部感染致心律失常以室性期前收縮與房性期前收縮最為多見,心電圖以ST-T改變?yōu)橹?加強心電圖檢查有助于掌握肺部感染者心律失常類型、評價病情,從而選取較為敏感抗菌藥物及時控制感染、降低耐藥菌產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the results of arrhythmia caused by pulmonary infection and the value of electrocardiogram examination in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary arrhythmia, in order to control the infection in time, so as to reduce the production of drug-resistant bacteria and correct arrhythmia. Methods 138 patients with pulmonary arrhythmia from January 2013 to August 2016 were selected to observe the distribution of pathogenic bacteria, abnormal electrocardiogram, type of arrhythmia and changes of arrhythmia before and after infection control. Results the ST-T change rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was higher than that of abnormal P wave Q wave and QS wave P 0.05, Streptococcus pneumoniae. In Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli infection, the rate of atrial premature contraction was higher than that of other types, and the ventricular premature contraction rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae was higher than that of other types, and that of Staphylococcus aureus was higher than that of Staphylococcus aureus.
