【摘要】：目的了解城鄉(xiāng)冠心病老年患者健康自我管理現(xiàn)狀,分析家庭功能與其相關(guān)性,為采取應(yīng)對(duì)措施提供理論依據(jù)。方法 2012年7月-2013年5月,采用多階段分層整群抽樣法抽取河北省唐山、石家莊、張家口3個(gè)市共6 173名≥60歲老年人進(jìn)行成年人健康自我管理能力及家庭功能評(píng)定。結(jié)果 6173名老年人中冠心病老年人1408例,占22.8%;老年冠心病患者健康自我管理行為維度為(3.53±0.77)分,健康自我管理環(huán)境維度為(3.68±0.80)分,健康自我管理認(rèn)知維度為(4.24±0.55)分,健康自我管理總均分為(3.83±0.59)分;單因素分析顯示,城鄉(xiāng)、文化程度、與誰(shuí)同住、子女關(guān)心、與子女交流、家人指正不良行為、子女安排體檢、家人督促就醫(yī)及家庭功能與冠心病老年人健康自我管理總均分相關(guān),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);多因素分析顯示,子女安排體檢(β=0.190)、與子女交流(β=0.185)、文化程度(β=0.169)、家庭功能(β=0.164)、城鄉(xiāng)(β=-0.125)、家人指正不良行為(β=O.055)是冠心病老年人健康自我管理的影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論河北省城鄉(xiāng)冠心病老年人自我管理行為有待提升,應(yīng)調(diào)動(dòng)家庭支持系統(tǒng),提高其自我管理行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of health self-management in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in urban and rural areas, and to analyze the correlation between family function and family function, so as to provide theoretical basis for taking countermeasures. Methods from July 2012 to May 2013, Using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method to extract Tangshan, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, In three cities of Zhangjiakou, 6173 elderly people aged more than 60 years were assessed for their health self-management ability and family function. Results 1408 cases of coronary heart disease were found in 6173 elderly people. The scores of health self-management behavior dimension, health self-management environment dimension, health self-management cognitive dimension were 3.53 鹵0.77, 3.68 鹵0.80, 4.24 鹵0.55, and 3.83 鹵0.59 in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Education level, children care, communication with children, family correction of bad behavior, arrangement of physical examination, family supervision and medical treatment and family function were related to the total mean score of health self-management of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Children arrange physical examination (尾 0.190), communicate with their children (尾 0.185), education level (尾 0.169), family function (尾 0.164), urban and rural (尾 -0.125), family correction bad behavior (尾 0.055) are the influencing factors of health self-management in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (P 0.055.Conclusion: P < 0.05). Behavior needs to be improved, Family support systems should be mobilized to improve their self-management behavior.
