【摘要】：目的通過與第一次自查結(jié)果對比分析,掌握吉林省克山病病情,評估吉林省克山病病情控制與消除現(xiàn)狀。方法按全國克山病監(jiān)測方案要求,在吉林省克山病病區(qū)縣開展病情調(diào)查。結(jié)果搜索慢型克山病772例,其中2例為新確診慢克。重點調(diào)查檢出潛在型克山病95人,檢出率為3.08‰;全省23個縣(市、區(qū))達(dá)到消除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),14個縣(市、區(qū))沒有達(dá)到消除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其中通化、長白、蛟河沒有達(dá)到控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)論吉林省克山病病情處于平穩(wěn)低發(fā)狀態(tài),但仍有新病例檢出,病情監(jiān)測工作仍不能松懈。
