【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男性,31歲,因"發(fā)現(xiàn)血壓升高3個月"入院。2016-05患者自覺頭暈、頭痛,視物不清,于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,測血壓207/170 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),B超提示右腎萎縮,大小約8.3 cm×5.0 cm×4.9 cm,實(shí)質(zhì)厚薄不均,厚約0.7~1.5 cm,左腎約10.7 cm×5.0 cm×5.6 cm,實(shí)質(zhì)厚約1.6 cm,余未見異常。
[Abstract]:The clinical data of the patient was 31 years old. The patient was admitted to hospital for "3 months to find blood pressure rise". The patients were dizziness, headache and unclear vision. The blood pressure was measured at the local hospital. The blood pressure was measured at 207/170 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 KPA, and the right kidney atrophy was indicated by B-ultrasound. The size is about 8.3 cm 脳 5.0 cm 脳 4.9 cm, the thickness of substance is uneven, the thickness is about 0.7 ~ 1.5 cm, the left kidney is about 10.7 cm 脳 5.0 cm 脳 5.6 cm, the parenchyma is about 1.6 cm.
