【摘要】：目的探討托伐普坦、左西孟旦聯(lián)合治療對急性失代償性心力衰竭患者心功能的影響。方法研究對象為2014年5月至2016年1月期間門診收治的86例急性失代償性心力衰竭患者,將患者按門診號末位數(shù)字單雙數(shù)分為常規(guī)組(單數(shù))、治療組(雙數(shù)),每組各43例。常規(guī)組給予一般藥物,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用托伐普坦、左西孟旦,觀察患者血漿ET(內(nèi)皮素)、BNP(腦鈉肽)水平變化,評估用藥前后患者心功能情況,統(tǒng)計治療期間不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果入院時,兩組血漿內(nèi)皮素、腦鈉肽水平以及心功能指標(biāo)比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),用藥后,患者各指標(biāo)均有明顯改善,治療組各指標(biāo)改善效果優(yōu)于常規(guī)組(P0.05);治療組不良反應(yīng)率為7.0%,明顯低于常規(guī)組16.3%,治療組治療期間用藥安全性高(P0.05)。結(jié)論臨床對急性失代償性心力衰竭治療時,使用托伐普坦、左西孟旦聯(lián)合治療,患者癥狀改善效果好、用藥安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of combined treatment of Torvalptan and levosimendan on cardiac function in patients with acute decompensated heart failure. Methods 86 patients with acute decompensated heart failure were enrolled in this study from May 2014 to January 2016. The patients were divided into two groups according to the last number of outpatient numbers. The patients were divided into routine group (odd number) and treatment group (even number, 43 cases in each group). The routine group was given general medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Tofaputan, left West Mendan. The changes of plasma et (brain natriuretic peptide) were observed, the cardiac function of patients before and after treatment and the adverse reactions during treatment were evaluated. There was no significant difference in the levels of brain natriuretic peptide and cardiac function. The improvement effect of each index in the treatment group was better than that in the routine group (P 0.05), and the adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was 7.0, which was significantly lower than that in the routine group. The safety of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group during the treatment period. Conclusion Tovaptan is used in the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure. Combined treatment with levosimendan, the effect of symptom improvement was good, and the safety of medication was high.
