【摘要】：目的探討血清抑制性G蛋白α亞基-2(Giα-2)和中性粒細(xì)胞明膠酶相關(guān)脂質(zhì)運(yùn)載蛋白(NGAL)水平在2型糖尿病合并不同分級(jí)高血壓患者中的改變及臨床意義。方法選取197例2型糖尿病患者,分為單純2型糖尿病(DS組)45例、2型糖尿病合并高血壓1級(jí)(DH1組)47例、2型糖尿病合并高血壓2級(jí)(DH2組)51例、2型糖尿病合并高血壓3級(jí)(DH3組)54例;另選取40例查體無(wú)糖尿病和高血壓者作為對(duì)照組。應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測(cè)定各組血清Giα-2和NGAL水平。多元線性回歸法分析Giα-2和NGAL的影響因素。結(jié)果 DS組Giα-2水平較對(duì)照組降低,DH1、DH2、DH3組Giα-2水平均高于DS組,其中DH3組最高(P均0.05);DS組NGAL水平較對(duì)照組升高,在DH1、DH2、DH3組中,隨著高血壓分級(jí)增加,NGAL水平逐漸增加(P均0.05)。多元線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示:Giα-2與收縮壓呈正相關(guān)(r=0.54,P0.05),NGAL水平與收縮壓、空腹血糖呈正相關(guān)(r=0.55、0.14,P均0.05)。進(jìn)一步多元回歸分析提示收縮壓是血清Giα-2水平的獨(dú)立影響因素,收縮壓、空腹血糖是血清NGAL水平的獨(dú)立影響因素。結(jié)論 2型糖尿病合并高血壓患者血清Giα-2和NGAL水平均升高,Giα-2和NGAL水平變化對(duì)2型糖尿病合并高血壓的發(fā)生均有一定影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum inhibitory G protein 偽 subunit (Gi 偽 -2) and neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipid carrier protein (NGALs) levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension of different grades. Methods 197 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected. The patients were divided into 45 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension grade 1 DH1 and 47 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension grade 2 DH2 group with 51 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension grade 3 DH3 group (n = 54). The serum levels of GI 偽 -2 and NGAL were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The influencing factors of GI 偽 2 and NGAL were analyzed by multivariate linear regression method. Results the levels of GI 偽 -2 in DS group were higher than those in DS group. The levels of GI 偽 -2 in the control group were significantly higher than those in the DS group. The NGAL level in the DH3 group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In the DH1 / DH2 / DH3 group, the NGAL level increased gradually with the increase of the grade of hypertension (P < 0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and the level of NGAL in the DH3 group (0.54P0.05NGAL), and there was a positive correlation between the NGAL level and the systolic blood pressure (SBP) in the DH1 / DH2DH3 group. There was a positive correlation between fasting blood glucose (FBG) and serum Gi 偽 -2 levels. The results showed that systolic blood pressure (SBP) was an independent factor of serum GI 偽 -2 level, and systolic blood pressure (SBP). Conclusion the changes of serum GI 偽 -2 and NGAL levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension have some influence on the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension.
