【摘要】：高血壓的發(fā)病率逐年攀升,高血壓及其導(dǎo)致的靶器官損害已成為威脅人類健康的主要?dú)⑹种弧８哐獕杭捌浒衅鞴贀p害的早期診斷、早期治療,對(duì)改善患者預(yù)后,降低致殘率和病死率有著重要的意義。隨著人們對(duì)高血壓-動(dòng)脈硬化-靶器官損害這一病理生理的認(rèn)識(shí)提高,對(duì)動(dòng)脈硬化的關(guān)注度也越來越高。研究顯示動(dòng)脈硬化檢測(cè)指標(biāo)動(dòng)態(tài)動(dòng)脈硬化指數(shù)(AASI)與動(dòng)脈硬化靶器官損傷有著密切的相關(guān)性。文章主要對(duì)AASI在高血壓患者中臨床應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:The incidence of hypertension is increasing year by year. Hypertension and its target organ damage have become one of the main killers threatening human health. The early diagnosis and treatment of hypertension and its target organ damage can improve the prognosis of patients. It is of great significance to reduce the rate of disability and mortality. With the increasing understanding of the pathophysiology of hypertension, arteriosclerosis and target organ damage, The study shows that the dynamic arteriosclerosis index (AASI) is closely related to the target organ injury of arteriosclerosis. This article mainly focuses on the clinical application of AASI in hypertensive patients. The research progress of application is reviewed.
