【摘要】：目的了解安徽省沿江農(nóng)村地區(qū)成人高血壓患病、知曉、治療和控制情況并分析相關(guān)影響因素。方法于2014—2015年采用多階段隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法,從安徽省三個(gè)沿江代表城市池州、銅陵和馬鞍山市的7個(gè)沿江鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)抽取2873名常住成年居民進(jìn)行高血壓?jiǎn)柧碚{(diào)查和體格測(cè)量。結(jié)果安徽省沿江農(nóng)村地區(qū)成人高血壓患病率為30.7%(標(biāo)化率18.4%)、知曉率50.6%(標(biāo)化率29.0%)、治療率40.4%(標(biāo)化率18.7%)、控制率17.7%(標(biāo)化率9.3%)。隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),高血壓患病率、知曉率、治療率和控制率均有所提高。腹型肥胖(OR=1.855,95%CI 1.467~2.344)、有高血壓家族史(OR=1.594,95%CI 1.265~2.008)以及年均家庭總收入6萬(wàn)元和超重/肥胖是安徽省沿江農(nóng)村地區(qū)高血壓患病的危險(xiǎn)因素;女性(OR=0.734,95%CI0.604~0.891)是該地區(qū)高血壓患病的保護(hù)因素。而知曉率、治療率、控制率可能的影響因素則不盡相同。結(jié)論安徽省沿江農(nóng)村地區(qū)成人高血壓患病水平較高,且高血壓知曉率、治療率、控制率較低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence, knowledge, treatment and control of hypertension among adults in rural areas along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province and to analyze the related factors. Results the prevalence rate of adult hypertension in rural areas along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province was 30.7 (standardized rate 18.4%, awareness rate 50.6%). The rate of treatment was 40.4 with the increase of age. Prevalence of hypertension, awareness rate, The treatment rate and control rate were improved. The risk factors of hypertension were 1.85595 CI 1.4672.344 CI and 1.59495 CI 1.2652.008), annual annual family income of 60,000 yuan and overweight / obesity in rural areas along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province. The protective factors of hypertension in this area were 0.734 / 95 CI 0.604 and 0.891.Conclusion the level of adult hypertension in rural areas along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province is higher and the awareness rate of hypertension is higher than that in rural areas along the Yangtze River, while the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension are not the same. Treatment rate, control rate is low.
