高血壓患者肱動脈壓與中心動脈壓的變化趨勢及相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的:研究高血壓患者肱動脈壓、中心動脈壓隨年齡增長的變化趨勢,研究肱動脈壓與中心動脈的相關(guān)性,探討可能的影響因素及機制。方法:隨機選取1300名志愿者,年齡54±24歲,其中男性672名,女性628名,測量患者的中心動脈壓、肱動脈壓,根據(jù)年齡分組,分析收縮壓、舒張壓、脈壓分別隨年齡變化趨勢,探討可能的影響因素及機制;研究兩種測量方法的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:肱動脈壓(bBP)與中心動脈壓(cBP)隨年齡變化趨勢均一致,其中舒張壓(DBP)一致性較好;肱動脈收縮壓(bSBP)高于中心動脈收縮壓(cSBP),差值為[15.15±10.20]mmHg,(P0.01)肱動脈舒張壓(bDBP)低于中心動脈舒張壓(cDBP),差值為[-1.68±5.99]mmHg, (P.01),肱動脈脈壓(bPP)高于中心動脈脈壓(cPP),差值為[16.94±10.67]mmHg, (P0.01);多元逐步回歸分析cBP、bPP的主要影響因素均是年齡、心率、身高。結(jié)論:肱動脈壓與中心動脈壓隨年齡變化趨勢一致,大致呈上升趨勢,其中DBP一致性較好,但兩種測量方法所得血壓之間有差異;中心動脈壓、肱動脈壓均與身高、心率、年齡有相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the change trend of brachial artery pressure and central artery pressure with age in hypertensive patients, to study the correlation between brachial artery pressure and central artery, and to explore the possible influencing factors and mechanism. Methods: 1300 volunteers were randomly selected. The age was 54 鹵24 years old, including 672 males and 628 females. The central arterial pressure and brachial artery pressure were measured. According to the age group, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure were analyzed with age, and the possible influencing factors and mechanism were discussed. Results: brachial artery pressure (BBP) and central artery pressure (cBP) had the same trend with age, and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) was more consistent. Brachial artery systolic pressure (BSBP) was higher than central artery systolic pressure (BSBP), the difference was [15.15 鹵10.20] mmHgP0. 01) brachial artery diastolic pressure (BDBP) was lower than that of central artery diastolic pressure (cDBP), the difference was [-1.68 鹵5.99] mmHg (P.01, brachial artery pressure) was higher than that of central artery pulse pressure (cPPV), the difference was [16.94 鹵10.67] mmHgP0.01, and the multiple stepwise regression score was [16.94 鹵10.67] mmHgP0.01). Age is the main influencing factor of cBP- BPP. Conclusion: brachial artery pressure and central artery pressure have the same trend with age and tend to increase, among which DBP is consistent, but there is a difference between the two methods. Brachial artery pressure was correlated with height, heart rate and age.
