【摘要】：高血壓患者作為社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)重點(diǎn)人群,對(duì)其進(jìn)行健康教育具有重要的意義。為探討社區(qū)高血壓人群健康行為特征并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策,基于PRECEDE模式,采取實(shí)證研究方法,分別從行為與環(huán)境、教育與組織、管理與政策三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果顯示,高血壓患者缺乏高血壓相關(guān)知識(shí),其健康相關(guān)信念和態(tài)度存在問(wèn)題,社區(qū)健康教育和健康促進(jìn)資源不足,高血壓患者家人、朋友和同事健康意識(shí)薄弱等。因此,要提高高血壓患者健康知識(shí)水平,改變高血壓患者健康相關(guān)信念和態(tài)度,大力發(fā)展以社區(qū)為基礎(chǔ)的健康教育,重視對(duì)高血壓患者家人、朋友健康意識(shí)培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:As the key population of community health service, it is of great significance for hypertension patients to carry out health education. In order to explore the health behavior characteristics of hypertension population in community and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, based on the PRECEDE model, the empirical research method is adopted. The results show that hypertension patients lack knowledge of hypertension, and their health-related beliefs and attitudes are problematic. Community health education and health promotion resources are insufficient, and the health awareness of family members, friends and colleagues of hypertension patients is weak. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the health knowledge level of hypertensive patients and change their health-related beliefs and attitudes. To develop community-based health education and pay attention to the health awareness of family and friends of hypertension patients.
