【摘要】：目的探討吉林省部分農(nóng)村中老年人群人體肥胖指數(shù)(BAI)、體重指數(shù)(BMI)、腰圍(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)、腰圍身高比(WHtR)與血壓的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法于2013年7~8月在吉林省部分農(nóng)村地區(qū)抽取年齡在35歲以上人群中2 608人作為調(diào)查對(duì)象。結(jié)果直線相關(guān)分析顯示,血壓與BAI、BMI、WC、WHR、WHtR均存在正相關(guān);控制影響血壓的年齡、身高兩個(gè)因素后,偏相關(guān)分析顯示,總體人群血壓與WC和WHtR的相關(guān)度最高,男性血壓與WC相關(guān)度最高,女性血壓與BMI相關(guān)度最高;多元逐步回歸分析顯示,收縮壓與WHtR的關(guān)系最為密切,舒張壓與WC的關(guān)系最為密切(P0.05)。結(jié)論吉林省部分農(nóng)村中老年人群人體測(cè)量學(xué)指標(biāo)與血壓密切相關(guān),BMI、WC及WHtR均可作為高血壓發(fā)病的預(yù)測(cè)因子,其中WC與WHtR可能與血壓的關(guān)系更為密切,可以用來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)或監(jiān)測(cè)高血壓。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between body obesity index (BMI), body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WCC), waist to hip ratio (WHR), waist height ratio (WHtR) and blood pressure (BP) in some rural middle and old people in Jilin Province. Methods Cluster random sampling was used from 2013 to August in Jilin Province. In some rural areas, 2 608 people aged over 35 years were selected as subjects. Results Linear correlation analysis showed that, After controlling the age and height of blood pressure, partial correlation analysis showed that the correlation between blood pressure and WC and WHtR was the highest in the whole population, and the correlation between blood pressure and WC was the highest in males. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that systolic blood pressure was most closely related to WHtR. Conclusion the anthropometric indexes of middle and aged population in Jilin Province are closely related to blood pressure. BMI-WC and WHtR can be used as predictors of hypertension, among which WC and WHtR may be more closely related to blood pressure. It can be used to predict or monitor hypertension.
