【摘要】：目的觀察類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎(RA)合并血小板增多患者血清白細(xì)胞介素11(IL-11)、游離白細(xì)胞介素11受體(s IL-11R)水平的變化。方法將60例RA患者根據(jù)血小板計(jì)數(shù)(PLT)是否300×109/L,分為血小板升高組24例和血小板正常組36例,另選健康體檢者30例為對(duì)照組,采用ELISA法檢測(cè)三組患者血清IL-11、s IL-11R。分析RA患者血清IL-11、s IL-11R與PLT、平均血小板體積(MPV)、血小板分布寬度(PDW)、降鈣素原(PCT)、RA患者病情評(píng)分(DAS28評(píng)分)、血沉(ESR)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、類風(fēng)濕因子(RF)、抗環(huán)氨酸肽抗體(ACCP)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果血小板增多組血清IL-11、s IL-11R水平均高于血小板正常組和正常組(P均0.05)。RA組患者血清IL-11水平與s IL-11R、PLT、PCT、DAS28、ESR、CRP呈正相關(guān)(P均0.05),與MPV、PDW、RF、ACCP無(wú)相關(guān)性(P均0.05);RA組血清s IL-11R水平與PLT、PCT、DAS28、ESR、CRP、RF、ACCP均呈正相關(guān)(P均0.05)。結(jié)論 RA合并血小板增多患者血清IL-11、s IL-11R水平明顯升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum levels of interleukin-11 (IL-11) and free interleukin-11 receptor (IL-11R) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) complicated with thrombocytosis. Methods 60 patients with RA were divided into small blood according to whether the platelet count was 300 脳 10 9 / L or not. There were 24 cases in the plate elevation group and 36 cases in the normal platelet group. 30 healthy persons were selected as control group. Serum IL-11s IL-11R was measured by ELISA method. Serum IL-11s IL-11R and IL-11R, mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDWN), calcitonin (PPC) were measured in three groups of patients with RA, and the scores of DAS28, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and ESR-C-reactive protein (CRPP-CRPN), rheumatoid factor (RF) were analyzed. Results the levels of serum IL-11s IL-11R in patients with thrombocytosis were higher than those in normal platelet group and normal group (P < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the level of serum IL-11 and the level of serum IL-11 in patients with IL-11RPLTT and PCTAS28ESRA (P < 0.05), and there was no correlation between serum IL-11s IL-11R and MPVPDWRFCCP (P < 0.05) in patients with RA. There was a positive correlation between the levels of serum s IL-11R and IL-11R in patients with RA complicated with thrombocytosis. Conclusion the levels of IL-11s IL-11R in patients with RA complicated with thrombocytosis were significantly increased.
