【摘要】：目的探討參松養(yǎng)心膠囊與重組人腦鈉利肽在頑固性心力衰竭(以下簡稱心衰)患者中的聯(lián)合應用價值。方法選取2013年1月-2014年12月南陽醫(yī)學高等�？茖W校第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的頑固性心衰患者86例,分為治療組和對照組各43例。對照組采用重組人腦利鈉肽的臨床藥物治療,治療組在對照組治療的基礎之上加用參松養(yǎng)心膠囊的藥物聯(lián)合治療,分別比較兩組頑固性心衰患者的臨床治療效果。結果與對照組相比,治療組臨床治療的總有效率(93.02%)提升,而無效率則(6.98%)減少,經過統(tǒng)計學處理,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療組左室收縮末期內徑(LVESD)(32.43±4.05)mm、左室舒張末期內徑(LVEDD)(47.39±4.09)mm、左室收縮末期容積(LVESV)(66.03±12.09)ml、左室舒張末期容積(LVEDV)(86.41±13.52)ml均減少,而左室射血分數LVEF(48.64±6.98)%提高,經過統(tǒng)計學處理,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療組心肌肌鈣蛋白I(c Tn I)(0.29±0.10)μg/L、超敏C反應蛋白(hs-CRP)(9.65±3.21)mg/L、N末端B型利鈉肽原(NT-pro BNP)(389.47±113.70)ng/L均降低,經過統(tǒng)計學處理,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論參松養(yǎng)心膠囊與重組人腦鈉利肽在頑固性心衰患者的聯(lián)合治療過程中,能夠積極改善心功能指標,并有效調節(jié)神經內分泌因子,從根本上提高臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the combined application value of Shensong Yangxin capsule and recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in patients with refractory heart failure. A total of 86 patients with refractory heart failure were admitted in our hospital. The patients were divided into treatment group (n = 43) and control group (n = 43). The control group was treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide and the treatment group was treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Results compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was increased (93.02%), while the inefficiency rate was decreased (6.98%). In the treatment group, the left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD) was 32.43 鹵4.05 mm, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was 47.39 鹵4.09 mm, the left ventricular end-systolic volume was 66.03 鹵12.09 ml, the left ventricular end-diastolic volume was 86.41 鹵13.52 ml, and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF(48.64 鹵6.98) was increased. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the cardiac troponin I ~ (3 +) T _ (n) I ~ (1) (0.29 鹵0.10) 渭 g 路L ~ (-1), the hypersensitive C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) 9.65 鹵3.21 mg 路L ~ (-1) N terminal natriuretic peptide (NT-pro BNP)(389.47 鹵113.70 ng / L) were decreased in the treatment group. Conclusion Shensong Yangxin capsule and recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide can improve cardiac function index and regulate neuroendocrine factor effectively in the course of treatment of intractable heart failure. Fundamentally improve the clinical efficacy.
