【摘要】：目的:探索丹紅注射液配合調(diào)脂治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效及對患者血管內(nèi)皮功能的影響。方法:94例冠心病心絞痛患者納入臨床研究,按照就診時間編號并依據(jù)單雙號分為觀察組和對照組,各47例。兩組均接受冠心病心絞痛基礎(chǔ)治療,另外對照組患者進行調(diào)脂治療,觀察組患者應(yīng)用丹紅注射液配合調(diào)脂治療,比較臨床療效、治療前后血脂水平和血管內(nèi)皮功能差異以及不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:觀察組治療總有效率為93.62%,對照組治療總有效率為74.47%。兩組數(shù)據(jù)比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=8.778,P0.05)。經(jīng)治療后,觀察組患者血脂指標TC(4.76±0.84)mmol/L、TG(1.69±0.27)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.56±0.73)mmol/L與治療前比較均明顯降低(t=8.341,7.447,6.708,P0.05),與對照組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=8.462,7.309,6.209,P0.05)。經(jīng)治療后觀察組患者ET(62.78±5.14)pg/m L與治療前比較明顯降低(P0.05),NO(69.24±8.16)μmol/L、FMD(14.57±2.09)%與治療前比較明顯升高(t=8.478,7.698,7.899,P0.05),與對照組差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=7.677,6.620,6.455,P0.05)。治療期間,觀察組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為10.64%;對照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為12.77%,兩組數(shù)據(jù)比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=1.887,P0.05)。結(jié)論:丹紅注射液配合調(diào)脂治療對冠心病心絞痛的治療效果顯著,能夠有效緩解患者心絞痛癥狀,降低血脂水平,改善血管內(nèi)皮功能,且無明顯不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生,有應(yīng)用和推廣價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of Danhong injection combined with lipid regulation on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its effect on vascular endothelial function. Methods: 94 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were included in the clinical study. According to the number of visit time and according to the single and even number, the two groups were divided into observation group and control group, each with 47 cases. Both groups received basic treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris. In addition, the patients in the control group were treated with lipid-regulating therapy. To compare the clinical efficacy, Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.622.The total effective rate in the control group was 74.47.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 8.778) (P 0.05). The blood lipid index (TC(4.76 鹵0.84mmol / L) of the observation group was 1.69 鹵0.27mmol / L LDL-C 2.56 鹵0.73 mmol / L respectively. Compared with the control group, the blood lipid index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant between the observation group and the control group (t 8.4627.3096.209g / L, P 0.05). After treatment, the ET(62.78 鹵5.14g / mL / L of the observed group was significantly lower than that of the pre-treatment group (P 0.05N / L, P 0.05 9.24 鹵8.16) 渭 mol / L P 0.05%, and that of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (8.88697.87.87.89 P 0.05 P 0.05), and significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01), and significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and compared with that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the ET(62.78 鹵5.14 渭 mol / L LDL-C < 2.56 鹵0.73 鹵8.16 渭 mol / L / L was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.64, and that in the control group was 12.77. There was no significant difference between the two groups (蠂 ~ 2 / 1.887, P 0.050.Conclusion: Danhong injection combined with lipid-regulating therapy has a significant effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris, reduce the level of blood lipid, improve vascular endothelial function, and there is no obvious adverse reaction, which has application and promotion value.
