【摘要】：心房顫動(dòng)(房顫)患者射頻導(dǎo)管消融(消融)后空白期復(fù)發(fā)并非代表手術(shù)失敗,其機(jī)制除了消融存在漏點(diǎn)外,主要包括局部及全身炎癥反應(yīng)、交感神經(jīng)張力增加等。抗心律失常藥物并不能改善長期預(yù)后,針對(duì)特有的機(jī)制,可予激素、秋水仙堿等抗炎治療減少炎癥反應(yīng)。針對(duì)遠(yuǎn)期復(fù)發(fā)高�；颊弑匾獣r(shí)空白期內(nèi)可行心內(nèi)電生理檢查和二次消融治療。
[Abstract]:Blank recurrence after radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFA) in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) does not represent failure of surgery. Antiarrhythmic drugs can not improve the long-term prognosis, according to the specific mechanism, can be given hormones, Anti-inflammatory therapy, such as colchicine, reduces inflammatory response. Electrophysiological examination and secondary ablation can be performed in the blank period when necessary for patients with high risk of long-term recurrence.
