【摘要】：目的 :探討多學(xué)科團(tuán)隊合作健康教育對門診冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)患者焦慮抑郁等心理狀態(tài)的干預(yù)效果。方法:隨機(jī)選擇南京市某醫(yī)院126例門診冠心病患者,實施1年多學(xué)科合作健康教育。采用9條目患者健康問卷(PHQ-9)、廣泛性焦慮自評量表(GAD-7)和軀體癥狀群量表(PHQ-15)進(jìn)行干預(yù)前后患者心理狀況的評定。結(jié)果:干預(yù)前患者焦慮、抑郁及軀體癥狀困擾的檢出率均較高。經(jīng)多學(xué)科合作教育后,重度和輕度患者心理障礙癥狀的檢出率均明顯降低(P0.05)。干預(yù)后患者的冠心病知曉率(50.1%)、治療率(38.9%)、血壓達(dá)標(biāo)率(9.1%)和血脂達(dá)標(biāo)率(4.2%)均較基線水平有所提高。體重指數(shù)(BMI)、臀圍、腰圍和收縮壓也都有明顯改善(P0.05)。結(jié)論:多學(xué)科合作健康教育能在一定程度上改善CHD患者的多種危險因素,對緩解冠心病患者的焦慮抑郁、減少軀體癥狀困擾有積極作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of multi-disciplinary team health education on anxiety and depression in outpatients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 126 outpatients with coronary heart disease were randomly selected from a hospital in Nanjing. The patients' psychological status was evaluated before and after the intervention by 9 items of patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9), GAD-7 (generalized anxiety self-rating scale) and PHQ-15 (body symptom group scale). Results: patients were anxious before and after intervention. The detection rate of depression and somatic symptoms was higher. The detection rate of psychological disorders in severe and mild patients was significantly lower than that of baseline level. After intervention, the awareness rate of coronary heart disease was 50.1%, the treatment rate was 38.9%, the rate of blood pressure up to the standard was 9.1) and the rate of reaching the standard of blood lipids (4.2%) was higher than that of the baseline level, and the body mass index (BMI) and hip circumference (BMI, hip circumference) were higher than the baseline level. Both waist circumference and systolic blood pressure were significantly improved (P 0.05). Conclusion: multidisciplinary health education can improve the risk factors of patients with CHD to a certain extent, alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease, and reduce somatic symptoms.
