【摘要】：目的探討長(zhǎng)鏈非編碼RNA AK057321(AK057321)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清中的表達(dá)及臨床意義。方法采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR(Real time PCR)檢測(cè)2015年01月至2017年01月成都大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科收治的AMI患者(321例)及正常對(duì)照組(50名)人員血清AK057321的表達(dá)水平并分析其臨床意義。結(jié)果正常人血清AK057321維持在相對(duì)較低的水平。AMI發(fā)作后0~2 h患者血清AK057321的表達(dá)水平開始升高(P0.05),AMI發(fā)作后2~6 h患者血清AK057321即可達(dá)到峰值。相關(guān)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)血清AK057321的表達(dá)與CK-MB和cTnⅠ呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(CK-MB:r=0.862,P0.001,cTnⅠ:r=0.716,P0.001)。ROC曲線分析LncRNA AK057321作為預(yù)測(cè)AMI的生物標(biāo)志物的特異性,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)曲線下面積(AUC)為0.868(95%CI 0.703-0.976,P0.001)。結(jié)論 AMI患者早期血清AK057321表達(dá)顯著升高,可能是潛在的AMI早期血清標(biāo)志物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the long chain noncoding RNA AK057321 (AK057321) in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The expression and clinical significance of serum in patients. Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(Real time PCR was used.
