【摘要】：目的：觀察大株紅景天注射液對(duì)穩(wěn)定性心絞痛患者治療效果及其對(duì)脂蛋白相關(guān)性磷脂酶A2 (lipoprotein correlation phospholipase A2, Lp-PLA2)及超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)的影響,探討大株紅景天對(duì)穩(wěn)定性心絞痛的治療作用及其作用機(jī)制是否與炎癥因子有關(guān)。方法：將80例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者隨機(jī)分為治療組與對(duì)照組,每組40例。對(duì)照組給與冠心病常規(guī)治療。治療組40例,在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上給與10m1大株紅景天注射液以5%葡萄糖注射液250ml稀釋后靜滴,1次／天,療程14天；觀察對(duì)比患者治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分、心絞痛癥狀、心電圖情況、Lp-PLA2及hs-CRP、血脂、肝腎功能的變化,Lp-PLA2及hs-CRP分別采用散色比濁法與免疫比濁法測(cè)定。結(jié)果：①治療后兩組中醫(yī)證候積分均有顯著降低。治療組有效率高于對(duì)照組,P0.05；②治療組對(duì)心絞痛癥狀有效率高于對(duì)照組,P0.05；治療組與對(duì)照組對(duì)心電圖影響無顯著性差異,P0.05；③治療后兩組Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP均較治療前下降,P0.05；治療組Lp-PLA2、 hs-CRP水平降低幅度更大,P0.05；④兩組患者治療后TC、LDL-C均較前下降,P0.05；TG、HDL-C水平較前變化不顯著,P0.05；治療組TC、LDL-C降低幅度更大,P0.05,兩組TG、HDL-C水平無顯著性差異,P0.05。結(jié)論：1.大株紅景天注射液可以改善心血瘀阻型穩(wěn)定性心絞痛患者的臨床癥狀；2.在西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用大株紅景天注射液能有效降低冠心病患者的Lp-PLA2及hs-CRP水平；3.大株紅景天注射液對(duì)穩(wěn)定性心絞痛患者具有良好的藥物安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of large strain Rhodiola injection on patients with stable angina pectoris and its effect on lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 (PLA2). Lipoprotein correlation phospholipase A2. Lp-PLA2) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP). To explore the therapeutic effect of Rhodiola on stable angina pectoris and whether its mechanism is related to inflammatory factors. Methods: 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment for coronary heart disease. 40 cases in the treatment group were given 10m1 large Rhodiola injection diluted with 5% glucose injection 250ml intravenous drip on the basis of routine treatment. Once a day for 14 days; The changes of TCM syndromes, symptoms of angina pectoris, ECG, Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP, blood lipid, liver and kidney function were observed and compared before and after treatment. Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP were measured by colorimetric method and immune turbidimetric method respectively. Results the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment with 1: 1. The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. P0.05; 2the effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05); There was no significant difference in electrocardiogram between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05). 3After treatment, the levels of Lp-PLA2hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P 0.05); In the treatment group, the level of Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP decreased more significantly (P0.05). (4) after treatment, the LDL-C levels of TCU in both groups were significantly lower than those in the former group (P 0.05); The level of HDL-C in TGN had no significant change (P0.05). The decrease of LDL-C in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of HDL-C between the two groups. Conclusion 1. Large strain of Rhodiola injection can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris of blood stasis type. 2. On the basis of routine western medicine treatment, the levels of Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease can be effectively reduced by adding DZRI; 3. Large strain Rhodiola injection has good drug safety for stable angina pectoris patients.
