【摘要】：目的：探討高血壓病患者左心室舒張功能與動態(tài)血壓參數(shù)的相關(guān)性。方法：入選原發(fā)性高血壓患者137例,詢問病史、體檢并采用超聲心動圖測量收縮末期左、右心房內(nèi)徑、左心室舒張末期內(nèi)徑(LVEDD)、左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)(LVEF)。左心室舒張功能測定用二尖瓣舒張?jiān)缙谘鞣逯邓俣?舒張晚期血流峰值速度(E/A)值,以評價(jià)左室舒張功能。根據(jù)E/A值的大小將原發(fā)性高血壓患者分為兩組,E/A≥1組視為左心室舒張功能正常組(n=54例),E/A1為左心室舒張功能不全組(n=83例)�；颊呔�24h動態(tài)血壓及血生化檢測。結(jié)果：左心室舒張功能不全組的24h平均收縮壓明顯高于功能正常組(P0.05),并且具有顯著正相關(guān)。結(jié)論：高血壓病患者左心室舒張功能與動態(tài)血壓參數(shù)有關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the correlation between left ventricular diastolic function and ambulatory blood pressure in patients with hypertension. Methods: 137 patients with essential hypertension were asked for medical history and physical examination. Echocardiography was used to measure systolic and left atrial diameter, left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). The left ventricular diastolic function was measured by the peak velocity of the early diastolic blood flow / late diastolic peak velocity (E/A) in the left ventricular diastolic function in order to evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function. According to the size of the E/A value in patients with primary hypertension were divided into two groups, E/A = 1 group were regarded as normal left ventricular diastolic function group (n=54 cases), E/A1 for left ventricular diastolic dysfunction group (n=83 cases). 24h ambulatory blood pressure and blood biochemical test were performed in all patients. Results: the mean 24h systolic pressure in the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction group was significantly higher than that of the normal functional group (P0.05), and had a significant positive correlation. Conclusion: left ventricular diastolic function is associated with ambulatory blood pressure parameters in patients with hypertension.
