炎癥性腸病(IBD)是由腸道菌群和環(huán)境因素等共同作用于基因易感體引起免疫功能失調所導致的慢性非特異性消化道炎性疾病。IBD患者常有腸外臟器受累的表現(xiàn),近年來IBD引起的腎臟病變逐漸受到臨床醫(yī)生的重視。該文就近年來IBD引起腎臟病變的種類以及預后的研究進展作一綜述。
