目的:檢測(cè)并分析短節(jié)段Barrett’s食管（BE）患者的餐后近端胃酸袋（PPGAP）的特點(diǎn),并分析其與胃食管酸反流的相關(guān)性。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):PPGAP可能是胃食管反流病的病理因素之一,引起廣泛關(guān)注,而B(niǎo)E患者的PPGAP特點(diǎn)及與反流的相關(guān)性尚無(wú)報(bào)道。方法:15名短節(jié)段BE患者和15名健康志愿者分別以牽拉法檢測(cè)PPGAP的發(fā)生時(shí)間、長(zhǎng)度、最低pH值和平均pH值。BE患者完成Gerd Q問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和24 h食管pH監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)論:短節(jié)段BE患者普遍存在PPGAP,同時(shí)PPGAP的長(zhǎng)度和酸度與其胃食管酸反流周期數(shù)、De Meester評(píng)分和Gerd Q評(píng)分具有相關(guān)性。
