本文報道一例老年患者因胃部不適就診,結(jié)合胃鏡與病理檢查結(jié)果診斷為孤立性胃結(jié)節(jié)病,并就胃結(jié)節(jié)病和肉芽腫性結(jié)節(jié)展開討論。
