目的:通過檢測白介素11(（interleukin 11,IL-11）及其下游產(chǎn)物信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)及轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子3（signal transducer and activator of transcription,STAT3）、磷酸化信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)及轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子3（phosphorylated STAT3）蛋白在慢性淺表性胃炎、慢性萎縮性胃炎、胃癌病人胃黏膜中的表達(dá),以及檢測IL-11在各組患者血清中的水平,探索IL-11/STAT3信號途徑在慢性萎縮性胃炎中的作用。方法選取內(nèi)鏡及病理結(jié)果一致的慢性淺表性胃炎、慢性萎縮性胃炎、胃癌病人共90例,平均每組30例。收集各組患者的胃黏膜標(biāo)本及血清標(biāo)本。用免疫組織化學(xué)（immunohistochemistry,IHC）法分別測定三組患者胃黏膜中IL-11、STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白表達(dá),用蛋白質(zhì)印跡法（Western blot）法測定三組患者胃黏膜中STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白表達(dá),實時定量PCR法測定各組患者胃黏膜IL-11m RNA水平,此外,ELISA法測定各患者血清中IL-11水平。結(jié)果①免疫組化分析發(fā)現(xiàn),30例慢性萎縮性胃炎患者中,有18例（...
