【摘要】：目的觀察呼吸電刺激訓(xùn)練對功能性便秘患者的治療作用。方法納入功能性便秘患者共46例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療A組、治療B組和對照組。A組采用呼吸電刺激和盆底生物反饋治療聯(lián)合口服乳果糖治療,共15例;B組進(jìn)行盆底生物反饋聯(lián)合口服乳果糖治療,共16例;對照組只口服乳果糖治療,共15例。治療前和治療2周后,評估功能性便秘嚴(yán)重程度,并評估膈肌和腹肌增厚率、膈肌活動度。結(jié)果治療2周后,各組患者便秘嚴(yán)重程度明顯下降(P0.05),A組膈肌和腹肌增厚率、膈肌活動度較治療前改善(P0.05);與B組及對照組比較,A組便秘嚴(yán)重程度評分明顯改善(P0.05),膈肌和腹肌增厚率、膈肌活動度改善程度改善明顯(P0.05)。結(jié)論呼吸電刺激訓(xùn)練可增強盆底生物反饋治療改善功能性便秘的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of respiratory electrical stimulation training on patients with functional constipation. Methods A total of 46 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group A (n = 15) and control group (n = 15). Group A was treated with respiratory electrical stimulation and pelvic floor biofeedback combined with oral lactulose, group B was treated with pelvic floor biofeedback combined with oral lactulose, and the control group was treated with lactulose only. Before and 2 weeks after treatment, the severity of functional constipation, the thickening rate of diaphragm and abdominal muscle and the degree of diaphragm activity were evaluated. Results after 2 weeks of treatment, the severity of constipation in each group decreased significantly (P 0.05). The thickening rate of diaphragm and abdominal muscle and the activity of diaphragm in), A group were improved compared with those before treatment (P 0.05). Compared with group B and control group, the score of constipation severity in group A was significantly improved (P 0.05), the thickening rate of diaphragm and abdominal muscle and the improvement of diaphragm activity were significantly improved (P 0.05). Conclusion Respiratory electrical stimulation training can enhance the therapeutic effect of pelvic floor biofeedback therapy on functional constipation.
