[Abstract]:Acute pancreatitis is one of the most common acute abdominal diseases in clinic. It has a rapid onset and rapid evolution, which can lead to shock, metabolic acidosis, multiple organ failure and even death in a short period of time. Shihan syndrome is a syndrome of hypophysis dysfunction caused by damage to adenohypophysis. Most of the complications were caused by massive postpartum hemorrhage and hemorrhagic shock, atrophy and fibrosis, resulting in the decrease of corticotropin secretion in the body of women with massive postpartum hemorrhage and hemorrhagic shock, and the complications caused by the decrease of corticotropin secretion caused by atrophy and fibrosis were caused by massive postpartum hemorrhage and hemorrhagic shock.
