【摘要】：目的研究抗凝血酶原Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)及CA125的水平變化與肝硬化患者不同Child-Pugh分級(jí)的相關(guān)性。方法收集肝硬化患者50例作為肝硬化組,按照Child-Pugh分級(jí)分為A、B、C 3級(jí),并以同一時(shí)期的健康體檢者30例作為對(duì)照組進(jìn)行對(duì)比,檢測(cè)兩組AT-Ⅲ與CA125水平。結(jié)果肝硬化組AT-Ⅲ為(50.04±20.98)%,對(duì)照組AT-Ⅲ為(102.85±10.46)%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=-12.842,P0.001);AT-Ⅲ在A級(jí)、B級(jí)及C級(jí)之間相互比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。肝硬化組CA125為(127.34±196.24)U/m L,對(duì)照組CA125為(12.84±6.55)U/m L,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=5.164,P0.001);而A級(jí)與B級(jí)、C級(jí)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),B級(jí)與C級(jí)間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。血漿AT-Ⅲ與Child-Pugh分級(jí)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.583,P0.05),血清CA125與Child-Pugh分級(jí)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.427,P0.05)。結(jié)論肝硬化患者血漿AT-Ⅲ與血清CA125的水平變化可反映其肝功能損害程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between the levels of antithrombin III (AT- III) and CA125 and different Child-Pugh grades in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods 50 patients with liver cirrhosis were divided into A, B and C 3 according to Child-Pugh grade, and 30 healthy subjects in the same period were used as control group.
