【摘要】：目前新興的一種治療肝衰竭的方法就是肝干細胞的移植,移植入病體肝臟中的干細胞能夠代替肝細胞進行增殖和分化,進而完成肝臟的修復。本文對當前已經(jīng)被證實了的,能夠在體內(nèi)或者體外被誘導分化為肝細胞的肝源性的或非肝源性的肝干細胞進行了總結(jié)。通過對肝臟再生以及肝干細胞分化的研究的深入,必將為肝病的治療帶來曙光。
[Abstract]:At present, one of the new methods to treat liver failure is the transplantation of liver stem cells, which can replace hepatocytes for proliferation and differentiation, and then complete the repair of liver. In this paper, hepatogenic or non-hepatogenic liver stem cells which have been confirmed to be able to differentiate into hepatocytes in vivo or in vitro are summarized. Through the in-depth study of liver regeneration and differentiation of liver stem cells, it will bring dawn to the treatment of liver disease.
