【摘要】：目的探討雙氣囊小腸鏡(DBE)對(duì)于小腸疾病診斷的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法選取2008年1月-2016年5月廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的231例疑似小腸疾病且行DBE檢查的患者。記錄檢查所見(jiàn)、診斷結(jié)果及并發(fā)癥等情況。結(jié)果 231例患者共行257次小腸鏡檢查,包括經(jīng)口檢查112例,經(jīng)肛檢查93例,雙向入鏡檢查26例。小腸疾病檢出陽(yáng)性率64.9%(150/231)。其中,非特異性腸炎33例,占總病例數(shù)的14.3%,克羅恩病27例(11.7%),潰瘍19例(8.2%),血管病變13例(5.6%),間質(zhì)瘤12例(5.2%)。腹痛104例,確診62例,陽(yáng)性率59.6%(62/104),不明原因消化道出血94例,確診63例,陽(yáng)性率67.0%(63/94)。所有患者中,有1例出現(xiàn)小腸穿孔,其余患者均無(wú)嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥出現(xiàn)。結(jié)論 DBE對(duì)小腸疾病陽(yáng)性檢出率高,相對(duì)安全可靠,對(duì)臨床疑似小腸疾病患者的診斷和治療具有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of double balloon enteroscopy (DBE) in the diagnosis of small intestinal diseases. Methods from January 2008 to May 2016, 231 patients with suspected small intestinal diseases were enrolled in the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. The findings, diagnostic results and complications were recorded. Results A total of 257 enteroscopy was performed in 231 patients, including 112 cases by oral examination, 93 cases by anus and 26 cases by bidirectional endoscopy.
