【摘要】：目的探討膠囊內(nèi)鏡診斷老年不明原因消化道出血中枸櫞酸莫沙必利的干預(yù)效果。方法選取2013年6月至2014年12月該院收治的老年不明原因消化道出血患者59例,按照隨機數(shù)字表法分為研究組(n=30例)和對照組(n=29例),對照組給予常規(guī)膠囊內(nèi)鏡檢測,研究組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予枸櫞酸莫沙必利片治療,比較兩組膠囊內(nèi)鏡胃內(nèi)運轉(zhuǎn)時間、小腸內(nèi)運轉(zhuǎn)時間、體內(nèi)工作時間、圖片評分、全小腸檢測完成率以及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果研究組胃內(nèi)運轉(zhuǎn)時間、小腸內(nèi)運轉(zhuǎn)時間、體內(nèi)工作時間均顯著低于對照組(均P0.05),兩組圖片評分比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);研究組全小腸檢查率顯著高于對照組(P0.05);兩組不良反應(yīng)比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論枸櫞酸莫沙必利應(yīng)用于膠囊內(nèi)鏡診斷老年不明原因消化道出血具有較好的干預(yù)效果,能顯著提高全小腸檢查完成率,縮短膠囊內(nèi)鏡于體內(nèi)的運作時間,且安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the intervention effect of mosapride citrate in the diagnosis of unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly by capsule endoscopy. Methods from June 2013 to December 2014, 59 elderly patients with unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into study group (n = 30) and control group (n = 29). The control group was examined by routine capsule endoscopy. The study group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets on the basis of the control group. The intragastric running time, intestinal transit time, working time in vivo, picture score, completion rate of total small intestine and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results the gastric transit time, intestinal transit time and in vivo working time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the picture score between the two groups (P 0.05). The rate of total intestinal examination in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion mosapride citrate has a good intervention effect in the diagnosis of unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly, can significantly improve the completion rate of total small intestine examination, shorten the operation time of capsule endoscopy in vivo, and has high safety.
