【摘要】：目的評價內(nèi)鏡下鈦夾聯(lián)合醫(yī)用膠對阿司匹林和氯吡格雷雙聯(lián)抗血小板所致消化性潰瘍出血的治療效果。方法選取我院2013年12月~2014年10月因急性冠脈綜合征或冠狀動脈介入手術(shù)使用雙聯(lián)抗血小板治療所致消化性潰瘍出血61例,按隨機數(shù)字奇、偶數(shù)分為單獨鈦夾治療組和鈦夾聯(lián)合醫(yī)用膠治療組進行內(nèi)鏡下止血治療,2組在性別、年齡、出血量、潰瘍大小、部位及Forrest分級方面無明顯差異,在質(zhì)子泵抑制劑使用種類、劑量、療程等方面均無差異。監(jiān)測術(shù)后72 h內(nèi)有無再出血。結(jié)果治療后72 h內(nèi),單獨鈦夾治療組再出血率是鈦夾聯(lián)合醫(yī)用膠治療組的5.4倍[17.2%(5/29)vs.3.2%(1/31),χ2=1.898,P=0.168]。結(jié)論內(nèi)鏡下鈦夾聯(lián)合醫(yī)用膠治療雙聯(lián)抗血小板所致消化性潰瘍出血與單純應(yīng)用鈦夾止血相比,再出血率有降低趨勢,療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic titanium clip combined with medical glue on aspirin and clopidogrel against platelet-induced peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods from December 2013 to October 2014, 61 cases of peptic ulcer bleeding caused by acute coronary syndrome or coronary intervention were selected. The even number was divided into two groups: titanium clip alone group and titanium clip combined with medical glue group. There were no significant differences in sex, age, blood loss, ulcer size, location and Forrest grade between the two groups. There was no difference in dose and course of treatment. Re-bleeding was monitored within 72 hours after operation. Results within 72 hours after treatment, the rebleeding rate in the titanium clip alone group was 5.4 times higher than that in the titanium clip combined with medical glue group [17.2% (5 鈮，
