【摘要】：目的探討胃黏膜中不同形態(tài)幽門(mén)螺桿菌感染引起的胃部疾病的病理特點(diǎn),降低胃部幽門(mén)螺桿菌感染率。方法選取2011年4月-2014年3月行胃黏膜活檢的患者219例,采用不同的染色方法觀察幽門(mén)螺桿菌的形態(tài),并觀察胃黏膜的形影病理學(xué)改變;采用SPSS13.0軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果螺旋狀伴球形幽門(mén)螺桿菌男性患者所占比例明顯高于單純球形幽門(mén)螺桿菌患者,兩種形態(tài)幽門(mén)螺桿菌之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩種形態(tài)幽門(mén)螺桿菌患者黏膜類型、炎癥類型以及是否伴有異型增生差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;螺旋狀伴球形幽門(mén)螺桿菌有炎癥活動(dòng)、重度炎癥、有濾泡形成者分別占79.35%、55.43%和50.00%;單純球形幽門(mén)螺桿菌患者分別占43.75%、25.00%和25.00%,螺旋狀伴球形幽門(mén)螺桿菌明顯高于單純球形螺桿菌,兩種形態(tài)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論球形幽門(mén)螺桿菌與螺旋狀幽門(mén)螺桿菌均對(duì)胃黏膜具有致病性,且螺旋狀幽門(mén)螺桿菌的致病性更強(qiáng),而男性存在該形態(tài)螺桿菌相對(duì)較多,臨床應(yīng)予以注意。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathological characteristics of gastric diseases caused by different forms of Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric mucosa and to reduce the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in gastric mucosa. Methods from April 2011 to March 2014, different staining methods were used to observe the morphology of Helicobacter pylori and the morphological and pathological changes of gastric mucosa, and the results were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software. Results the proportion of male patients with spiral helicobacter pylori was significantly higher than that of patients with pure spherical Helicobacter pylori, and there was a significant difference between the two forms of Helicobacter pylori (P0.05). There was no significant difference in mucosal type, inflammatory type and dysplasia between the two forms of Helicobacter pylori. Helicobacter pylori had inflammatory activity, severe inflammation and follicular formation accounted for 79.35%, 55.43% and 50.00% respectively. Patients with simple spherical Helicobacter pylori accounted for 43.75%, 25.00% and 25.0%, respectively. Spiral Helicobacter pylori with spherical Helicobacter pylori was significantly higher than pure spherical Helicobacter pylori, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion both spherical Helicobacter pylori and helix Helicobacter pylori have pathogenicity to gastric mucosa, and the pathogenicity of spiral Helicobacter pylori is stronger than that of male, so it is necessary to pay attention to it in clinical practice.
