應(yīng)用骨髓干細(xì)胞治療肝硬化研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:隨著干細(xì)胞研究的深入和技術(shù)的發(fā)展,再生醫(yī)學(xué)的干細(xì)胞療法治療肝臟疾病已成為研究熱點(diǎn)。骨髓來源造血干細(xì)胞和間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞等在肝臟疾病治療方面有巨大潛力。骨髓干細(xì)胞參與肝纖維化與肝硬化修復(fù)主要包括遷移、歸巢與轉(zhuǎn)化等過程,并需要多種細(xì)胞因子和趨化因子的協(xié)同作用促進(jìn)肝細(xì)胞再生與減輕肝纖維化。本文擬對骨髓干細(xì)胞治療肝硬化的最新研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:With the deep and technical development of stem cell research, regenerative medicine stem cell therapy has become a hot spot in the treatment of liver diseases. Bone marrow-derived hematopoietic stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells have great potential in the treatment of liver diseases. The involvement of bone marrow stem cells in the repair of liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis mainly includes the processes of migration, homing and transformation, and the synergistic effect of various cytokines and chemokines is required to promote the regeneration of the liver cells and to reduce the hepatic fibrosis. This paper reviews the recent progress in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with bone marrow stem cells.
