【摘要】：目的:觀察莫沙比利聯(lián)合氟哌噻噸美利曲辛治療老年人功能性燒心的臨床療效及安全性。方法:選取診斷符合"羅馬Ⅲ"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、確診為功能性燒心的老年患者106例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組(52例)和治療組(54例)。對照組給予口服枸櫞酸莫沙比利分散片5 mg,tid;治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上,加服氟哌噻噸美利曲辛片(含氟哌噻噸0.5mg和美利曲辛10mg),qd,4周后觀察療效。兩組患者治療前后均給予漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)、漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)評分及癥狀學(xué)積分。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率87.0%,對照組總有效率為53.8%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者治療后癥狀學(xué)積分、HAMA評分、HAMD評分差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);兩組患者均未發(fā)現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:莫沙比利聯(lián)合氟哌噻噸美利曲辛治療老年人功能性燒心安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of mosapride combined with flupentametaxine in the treatment of functional heartburn in the elderly. Methods: 106 elderly patients with functional heartburn were randomly divided into control group (n = 52) and treatment group (n = 54). The control group was treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablet 5mg, and the tid; treatment group was treated with dropermethorphan meretaxine tablets (containing 0.5mg and meretaxine) for 10 mg), qd,4 weeks to observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment group on the basis of the control group. The patients in both groups were given Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD) score and symptom score before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate was 87.0% in the treatment group and 53.8% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and there were significant differences in symptom score, HAMA score and HAMD score between the two groups after treatment (P0.01). No serious adverse reactions were found in both groups. Conclusion: mosapride combined with dropethiam meretaxine is safe and effective in the treatment of elderly patients with functional heartburn.
