【摘要】：目的探討血必凈注射液對重癥急性胰腺炎(SAP)的臨床療效及對患者細(xì)胞免疫功能的影響。方法 64例SAP患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組各32例,對照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)治療,試驗組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用血必凈注射液100 m L靜脈滴注,bid,7 d為一個療程。觀察臨床癥狀、實驗室指標(biāo)恢復(fù)正常的時間,統(tǒng)計中轉(zhuǎn)手術(shù)率、病死率,并觀察并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。治療前后評估APACHEⅡ評分,檢測T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群、NK T淋巴細(xì)胞水平。結(jié)果對照組中轉(zhuǎn)手術(shù)治療3例,試驗組1例。與對照組相比,試驗組體溫、血及尿淀粉酶恢復(fù)正常時間、腹痛腹脹消失時間、首次排便時間和病程均縮短(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者APACHEⅡ評分均下降(P0.05),CD4+T細(xì)胞、CD8+T細(xì)胞、CD4+/CD8+及NK T細(xì)胞水平均增高(P0.05),試驗組改善幅度大于對照組(P0.05)。對照組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率(28%,9/32)高于試驗組(6%,2/32,P0.05),對照組死亡1例,試驗組無。結(jié)論常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用血必凈注射液,可改善SAP患者臨床癥狀和實驗室指標(biāo)、縮短病程、減少并發(fā)癥發(fā)生,增強(qiáng)患者細(xì)胞免疫功能可能為其作用機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection on (SAP) in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) and its effect on cellular immune function. Methods 64 patients with SAP were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy.
