【摘要】：正單獨使用白光內(nèi)鏡對消化道微小病變的觀察判斷較為困難。2005年內(nèi)鏡智能分光比色技術(shù)(fuji intelligent chromo endoscopy,FICE)作為一種致力于提高對內(nèi)鏡下病變發(fā)現(xiàn)陽性率的新型圖像增強內(nèi)鏡而被開發(fā)并廣泛應(yīng)用。FICE在胃腸道病變中成像清晰明亮,對比度高,能更好地勾勒出病灶邊緣,顯示血管形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu),便于對黏膜腺凹與絨毛進(jìn)行觀察,其效果近
[Abstract]:It is difficult to use white-light endoscopy alone to observe and judge micro-lesions of digestive tract. (fuji intelligent chromo endoscopy, technique of Internal Mirror Intelligent Spectro-colorimetric Assay in 2005 FICE) has been developed and widely used as a new image-enhanced endoscope which aims to improve the positive rate of endoscopic lesions. Spice imaging in gastrointestinal lesions is clear, bright, high contrast, and can better delineate the edge of the lesion. It is convenient to observe the fovea and villi of mucinous glands by displaying the morphology and structure of blood vessels, and the effect is close to that.
