【摘要】：目的·觀察四磨湯聯(lián)合甘露醇對磁控膠囊內鏡檢查前的腸道準備效果。方法·采用隨機對照試驗,選擇擬行磁控膠囊內鏡檢查的患者120例,按照隨機數字表法將患者隨機分為2組,每組60例。觀察組在磁控膠囊內鏡檢查前1日口服四磨湯20 mL,每日3次,再分次口服甘露醇500 mL;對照組直接分次口服甘露醇500 mL。觀察患者服藥后腸道清潔度以及不良反應發(fā)生情況。結果·觀察組腸道氣泡量少于對照組(Z=-1.976,P=0.048),腸液量也少于對照組(Z=-2.489,P=0.013)。觀察組出現惡心、嘔吐癥狀的評分低于對照組(Z=-2.215,P=0.027),發(fā)生腹脹、腹痛、肛門不適癥狀的評分同樣低于對照組(Z=-2.158,P=0.031);2組總體不良反應發(fā)生率分別為8.33%、36.67%(χ~2=13.811,P=0.000)。結論·四磨湯聯(lián)合甘露醇能提高腸道清潔度,減輕患者不良反應,改善腸道準備效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Simo decoction combined with mannitol on intestinal preparation before endoscopy of magnetron capsule. Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted in 120 patients with magnetic control capsule endoscopy. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups (60 cases in each group) according to the method of random digital table. The observation group took Simo decoction 3 times a day 3 times a day one day before endoscopy of magnetron capsule and mannitol 500 mL; once a day. The control group took mannitol 500 mL. directly. To observe the degree of intestinal cleanliness and the occurrence of adverse reactions after taking medicine. Results the number of intestinal air bubbles in the observation group was less than that in the control group (Z _ (-1.976) P _ (0.048) and the intestinal fluid volume was also lower than that in the control group (Z _ (-2.489) P _ (0.013). The scores of nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (ZP0. 027), abdominal distension, abdominal pain and anal discomfort were also lower than those in the control group (ZC- 2. 158, P0. 031). The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 8.33 and 36.67% respectively (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (13.811) P ~ (0.000). Conclusion Simo decoction combined with mannitol can improve intestinal cleanliness, alleviate adverse reactions and improve intestinal preparation.
