OTSC金屬夾治療難治性急性非靜脈曲張性上消化道出血的效果評估

【摘要】：目的探討內(nèi)鏡下OTSC金屬夾閉合術(shù)在難治性急性非靜脈曲張性上消化道出血(ANVUGIB)治療中的療效。方法對濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院消化內(nèi)科2015年1月1日-2016年6月1日通過OTSC金屬夾治療的16例難治性ANVUGIB的患者進(jìn)行回顧性分析。其中賁門黏膜撕裂并出血2例,胃潰瘍出血7例,胃癌1例,十二指腸球部潰瘍出血6例。結(jié)果 16例患者均成功的進(jìn)行了內(nèi)鏡下止血,成功率100.0%,止血夾自安裝至釋放成功平均所需時間僅為5.0~6.0 min。結(jié)論 OTSC在難治性ANVUGIB患者中的治療安全、有效,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic OTSC metal clip closure in the treatment of refractory acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with (ANVUGIB). Methods Sixteen patients with refractory ANVUGIB treated by OTSC metal clip from January 1, 2015 to June 1, 2016 in Department of Digestive Medicine, affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College, were retrospectively analyzed. There were 2 cases of gastric cardia mucosal tear with bleeding, 7 cases of gastric ulcer bleeding, 1 case of gastric cancer, 6 cases of duodenal ulcer bleeding. Results all the 16 patients were successfully treated with endoscopic hemostasis, the success rate was 100.0.The average time between the installation of the hemostatic clip and the successful release was only 5.0 min.. Conclusion the treatment of OTSC in refractory ANVUGIB patients is safe, effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
